Oh yeah! Love your body challenge

The first two weeks of January I was all into working out every day and eating better. What is it about new years that kicks you into a super motivated workout machine?

I’ve been doing at least once a week with the class that my work offers, but its my last week so that means this Thursday is my last class….

Valentines day is just over a week away! And after that comes the warm, sexy booty short weather! I don’t even know if my booty shorts fit me any more!!!

Needless to say I need to kick it into high gear!

I went to the tone it up blog and was surprised to see the trainers saying a lot of people are struggling with keeping up with the workout plan. That made me feel a little better..

So I’m off the gym to get the body I want!
